Travis focuses on advancing the firm's healthcare portfolio by supporting project teams and helping shape environments that improve patient care. Above all, he brings a people-first mindset to every project, ensuring design decisions are grounded in long-term community value and real-world impact.

His 18 years with world-renowned Cleveland Clinic shaped his expertise; along with many other notable projects, he considers his work on the system's Avon hospital a highlight of that tenure. "I realized how good architecture can truly have an impact on people's lives," he says. Travis draws on those experiences to bring perspective from the owner's side of project work.

He's also a strong believer in "work hard, play hard," and he makes the most of his free time, largely outdoors. His latest adventure is a small farm he owns and runs with his family, complete with cows, pigs, chickens, and more. Balancing that with his career takes intentionality, and Travis credits his success to both his wife and a work ethic instilled by his late father. The next hobby he hopes to pursue? Woodworking.
