The Finance Coordinator supports the Finance Team by performing daily Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Payroll tasks detailed below.  This individual will also provide support to Project Managers relating to project hours and budgets.  This role requires an individual who thrives when performing multiple tasks, creating superior customer service to both the internal and external customers while demonstrating a professional, positive image and demeanor of the company.

What Will We Ask You To Do?  

  • Operate computer-based business management programs.
  • Record payments.
  • Invoice clients.
  • Record vendor invoices and employee expense sheets.
  • Pay vendor invoices and employee expense sheets.
  • File client and vendor invoices.
  • And other duties as assigned

  • 3+ years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, i.e., Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP).
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, financial transactions, expense reports, and bank reconciliation.
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
  • Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines and having a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
