Qualifications
- First professional degree (Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent) from an accredited school of architecture is a minimum requirement. Masters degree preferred.
- Five or more years experience in architecture
- Architectural Registration
- LEED AP
- BIM (Revit) and Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Unselfish team player: communicates/shares information in an open and timely manner
- Superior customer service
- In-depth knowledge of architectural practice; in particular, project schedules, construction cost, constructability, and construction coordination with a bias for quality
- Business acumen to understand the implications of decisions and the demand for profitability.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as codes and contracts.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to speak in front of potential clients in a marketing interview
