  • First professional degree (Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent) from an accredited school of architecture is a minimum requirement. Masters degree preferred.
  • Five or more years experience in architecture
  • Architectural Registration
  • BIM (Revit) and Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Unselfish team player: communicates/shares information in an open and timely manner
  • Superior customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural practice; in particular, project schedules, construction cost, constructability, and construction coordination with a bias for quality
  • Business acumen to understand the implications of decisions and the demand for profitability.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as codes and contracts.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to speak in front of potential clients in a marketing interview
