Your role:

Opening Game Marketing Activities:

  • Craft exciting corporate communications for our website, social media, PR, and proposal materials.
  • Develop intriguing external communications, like award submissions, thought leadership pieces, promotions, and announcements.
  • Keep our website fresh with regular updates.

Middle Game Business Development Activities:

  • Create marketing materials that leave a lasting impression, including client brochures. Coordinate events and materials for client relationship building, including site visits.
  • Set the stage with activities, presentations, and displays for our prospective clients.

End Game Sales Activities:

  • Craft proposals and qualifications that make our clients say "Yes!" Tailor each to perfection. Design proposal layouts, graphics, and give them that extra punch.
  • Create eye-catching interview materials using InDesign or PowerPoint.
  • Keep our technical information organized, from project data sheets to resumes.

Other:

  • Develop and maintain the "Kit of Parts" for all marketing phases.
  • Coordinate amazing project photoshoots and build our photography library.
  • Be the guardian of brand standards and make sure we shine consistently.
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues across different offices because teamwork makes for dream work!
  • And for those times when you're feeling extra adventurous, tackle additional support and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Preferred 2-5 years of AEC industry experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and graphic communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and a knack for database management.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Thrive under fast-paced deadlines and adapt like a superhero.
  • Self-management skills - you're the master of your projects.
