Brandon Reese is a Senior Business Development Leader at DesignGroup, where he focuses on building strong partnerships across the Science and Technology market. His background in construction management, combined with years of experience working directly with clients in Cell and Gene Therapy, Research and Development, Medical Devices, and nutritional sciences, has shaped a deep commitment to advancing organizations that serve humanity through life changing discoveries and innovations.

Brandon brings value to clients by connecting their mission, scientific priorities, and operational needs to broader industry drivers, helping them think across the ecosystem and identify strategic collaborators, competitive positioning, and potential funding pathways that strengthen both their facilities and their longterm vision. 

Before joining DesignGroup, Brandon spent more than a decade in roles ranging from Project Manager to Director of Business Development within the construction industry. During this time, he worked alongside leading life science organizations and gained firsthand insight into the technical and operational demands of laboratory environments, clean rooms, GMP manufacturing suites, and research support spaces. His on-the-ground project experience strengthens his ability to translate complex scientific needs into clear strategies for planning, design, and long-term facility success.

Brandon is actively engaged in the life sciences community and contributes to regional industry conversations through organizations such as Ohio Life Sciences Association. His presence in these networks helps connect DesignGroup with emerging research priorities, evolving facility needs, and collaborative opportunities that strengthen the future of science and innovation across the Midwest.
