The two level, 31,000 SF Clark Family Library was constructed in the early 1960’s and had only minor modifcations until this project. The master plan evaluated both the infrastructure and the function of the facility and provided for updating all of the facility’s infrastructure. The plan converted the entry level into a modern information commons to promote active and passive information engagement as well as collaborative learning.
