Situated gracefully within the pristine landscape on nearly eight acres of land, the building features a public concourse that orients the clinics towards the picturesque wetlands to the West. This strategic placement not only maximizes the influx of natural daylight into both public and staff spaces but also provides stunning views of the wetlands from the staff respite areas. 

The concourse acts as a unifying element, facilitating smooth circulation from the exterior to the interior, enabling patients to focus on their care rather than navigating the facility. The façade’s distinctive pause serves as an anchor, defining entry points and exterior signage, while internally serving as the hub for greeter and registration services on each clinical floor.
