Engine House No. 17, built in 1913, finds new/extended life through renovation and an addition
A new connector atrium separates the existing engine house from the rest of the addition in order to preserve historic significance as well as to function as an entrance from both W. Broad St. and the parking area
The project exhibits a commitment to the environment, earning LEED Silver Certification
