Honors Residence was the first dormitory in The University of Akron’s plan to add 2,500 beds to the campus over five years. The two-story building features traditional single and double rooms with a private bath,departmental offices, a large commons room and seminar and classrooms
Exchange Street was targeted for upperclassmen, with most units as two and four bedroom apartments, including full kitchens and washer/dryers. The ground level includes retail space to activate the street and a large commons room that can serve University and community needs
Multiplex Residence Hall provided approximately 500 beds and reflects the architectural character of the recently completed Residence Halls at The University of Akron
