The new building is situated in a prominent location on the Newark campus and will serve as an architecturally significant gateway. The laboratory planning will optimize shared interdepartmental space and adjacencies and promote collaborative teaching opportunities to maximize synergy between OSU and COTC resources. Contiguous blocks of laboratories will promote teaching and clear connectivity that create opportunities for student collaboration for a truly dynamic learning environment.

Our team includes Perkins+Will as a Design Advisor and has also been hired to take this project from Concept Design through Implementation. The project will seek LEED certification.
