DesignGroup provided programming and interior design services to The Ohio Society of CPA's for their new corporate headquarters.

The two primary goals for OSCPA were to streamline work processes by creating more open, efficient communication between departments, and to realign the brand of their workplace to match the spirit of the organization.

DesignGroup ran a unique, highly collaborative, “Interactive Planning Workshop” process during programming to identify the most appropriate/efficient workplace strategy for the OSCPA culture. Through a series of these workshops we led OSCPA in the development of complex departmental adjacencies in order to promote collaboration and an environment of continual innovation and improvement.

The brand and character of the new space reflects the new spirit of OSCPA and seeks to attract and retain best-in-class associates for generations to come. The result is a space that is a direct reflection of the unique mission and vision of OSCPA.
